Data we collect
For donors and enquirers we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you submit through our forms, together with the amount and designation of any gift.
For volunteers we additionally collect availability, relevant experience and safeguarding declarations.
For beneficiaries we collect only what a documented needs assessment requires, and we store it with restricted access.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, process and acknowledge gifts, coordinate volunteer deployment and report programme outcomes in aggregate.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share donor lists with other organisations.
Beneficiary dignity and images
Beneficiary photographs and stories are published only with informed consent, and never in a way that exposes a minor to risk. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the material is removed.

Retention
Donation records are retained as required for financial audit. Enquiry and volunteer records are retained for as long as the relationship is active and then archived or deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal or audit obligation requires us to keep it.
