Use of this website

The content on this site is provided for information about the foundation's programmes and activities. You may share and quote it with attribution, but you may not present it as your own or use it to solicit funds on our behalf without written authorisation.

Donations

All gifts are made voluntarily. Once processed, donations are generally non-refundable because funds are committed to programme delivery. Where a gift has been made in error, contact us promptly and we will review the request in good faith.

Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time by writing to us; cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled charge.

Designated gifts

Where a gift is designated to a specific programme or project, it is applied to that purpose and reported separately. If a designated project is fully funded or discontinued, we will contact you before redirecting the gift to the closest comparable programme.

Accuracy of content

Programme figures, beneficiary numbers and project progress are published as at the date of the relevant report and may change as new data is verified. Where a published figure is corrected, we note the correction rather than removing it.

Volunteers and conduct

Volunteering is subject to screening, a safeguarding declaration and adherence to our code of conduct. The foundation may end a volunteer placement where conduct puts beneficiaries or the organisation at risk.
